I'm Nashieta. Born in Cape Town, South Africa. A Food Scientist by profession, I am interested in Anthropology, Provenance and Travel mostly in the context of food.

I want to capture the way that food connects me to my heritage, culture and landscape. My passion is to showcase local producers and products and share this expertise globally.
